We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Integrity of Regulatory Reporting Traceability Data Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • The role holder will support the IRR (Integrity of Regulatory Reporting ) Central Team and other senior members of the IRR (Integrity of Regulatory Reporting ) Programme to delivery end to end Traceability back to the regulatory rule.
  •  Key areas of responsibility are supporting the IRR Traceability Data Lead, managing large datasets, which have a high degree of inter-dependencies using a variety of tools (excel, VAB, MS Access, SQL, Maria DB, Qliksense). Cleansing and checking manual submissions for data quality, data validity, data integrity and loading into applicable tooling.
  • This role will be a key support to the IRR (Integrity of Regulatory Reporting )Central Team throughout the implementation of Traceability.
  • The role holder will be required to be part of an intelligent and effective Central Team which is responsible for the overall successful cost management of the IRR ( Integrity of Regulatory Reporting ) PRA Programme.
Requirements
  • Adept at managing large datasets, which have a high degree of inter-dependencies using a variety of tools (excel, VAB, MS Access, SQL, Maria DB, Qliksense)
  • Familiar with cleansing and checking manual submissions for data quality, data validity, data integrity and loading into applicable tooling.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets, data storage and ETL.
  • Proven experience in a data analysis role with programming skills, excel and data manipulation of systems interfaces.
  • Understanding of regulatory returns and/or large complex data model in financial services space will be preferred.
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst. Previous experience working in a change role would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A high attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to use tools for advanced reporting & MI.  Ability to bring analytical rigor and structure and effective solutions to the table.
