We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager - Credit Bureau Management.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen an effective core operating framework for Credit Bureau Management for ASP across all markets in the region
  • Lead and coordinate global initiatives related to CBM for deployment and embedding in the ASP region
  • Interface with the Risk, RBWM Product, HOST and other functions at the country and regional level to ensure that adequate controls are in place to manage credit bureau relationships
  • Ensure compliance with vendor risk management policies and local regulations as well as to ensure credit bureau information is effectively being used across multiple areas in the organization covering the entire customer cycle. The role will also interface with Analytics and Operations Support teams to ensure processes are well adapted to market needs
  • Primary ASP interface with Audit for all credit bureau related matters
  • Annual Financial Resource Planning (FRP), and also ongoing monitoring and reporting of Originations costs and expenses in the region
  • Annual technology budget planning via the VSIP process, and also ongoing monitoring of actual technology spend vs approved budget
  • Running of various Steering Committees, Governance Meetings such as Country UWS RTB and Working Group
  • To lead and implement relevant initiatives for streamlining & optimizing the operational efficiency for UWS in one or more ASP markets

  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong financial analysis and budget + cost planning and management skills
  • Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business
  • Experience in leading presentations, business/ project level discussions with senior managers
  • Demonstrated strong capability in balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with time constraints and commitment in timely delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and build a network, work across all levels of organization and diverse geographies, languages and cultures
  • Understand and interpret complex business requirements, particularly in case of new process setup for Credit Bureau Management for new bureau or bureau upgrade in any of ASP countries
