Commercial Banking - Wholesale Chief Operating Office

Our Wholesale Chief Operating Officer’s Office is dedicated to manage non-financial risk, drive digital and transformation strategic execution, analyses big data and market opportunities, oversee customer due diligence, as well as provide business management support for wholesale banking. The team plays a key role in enabling high performance, mitigation of potential risk, promoting digital transformation to drive our business forward.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Relationship Service Manager.

Principal responsibilities

l   Review lending process and implement control measures, including pre-approval and post approval process

l   Evaluate the effectiveness of existing control measures, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.

l   Collaborate with stakeholders to improve internal control to ensure Relationship Management Department is compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational and financial risks, under the guidance of senior management.

l   Support the team to provide training and coaching to enhance RM/RSO awareness of credit risk control measures.

l   Improve credit operation efficiency and quality in CBA by collecting RM/RSO feedback for LO issuance & limit loading questions

l   Steer transformation projects and streamlining initiatives for CBA to create capacity for growth

l   Lead promotional activities on conduct and cultural awareness

l   Lead the consolidation of performance statistics and reports CBA

Requirements

l   University degree in Banking, Business Management, Finance and Credit related discipline

l   Minimum of 5 years' experience of related work experience

l   Strong leadership and management talents with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

l   Ability to work under pressure with strong self-motivation.

l   Good attitude, open-mindedness and exceptional problem-solving skills.

l   Strong PC user with advanced MS Office or Excel skills.

l   Proven track record in successfully leading and executing transformation projects or streamlining initiatives at a strategic level.

l   Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives
