In this role, you will
•    Contribute as Lead and subject matter expert for Azure technologies.
•    Collaboration in solution design with Architects to achieve optimal solution design
•    Take lead in proposing solutions to a problem.
•    Running spikes on latest technologies, assist teams to adopt them.
•    Lead the developers in team on complex solution implementations.
•    Communicate with stakeholders directly as and when needed.
•    Collaboration with DevOps to help build optimal build and release pipelines
•    Lead and mentor junior engineers in team
•    Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
•    Address security requirements and concern on designed solutions
•    Promote automations to reduce manual effort

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•    At least 13 years of hands-on Azure apps development experience
•    At least 5 years of hands-on experience working on Azure Function, App Insights & Azure Service Bus
•    Hands-on Integration experience with other systems using Azure technologies such as Functions and Service Bus
•    Hands-on experience writing unit tests.
•    Expertise utilizing Application Insights features.
•    Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript.
•    Proficiency Power Platform Admin Center & tools such as Canvas Apps, Power Automate etc.
•    Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot and benefits it could bring
•    Deep Industry Knowledge and Best practices
•    Working knowledge of process development and industry specific best practices
•    High degree of insight and analytical skill
•    Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively.
•    Creative problem solving and conflict resolution
•    Excellent facilitation, discovery, analysis, and prototyping skills
•    Creates high-quality deliverables
•    Excellent communication, presentation, training, client relationship and analytical skills
•    Places emphasis on project value and client satisfaction

Preferred skills
•    Hands-on experience on Dynamics CRM development
•    Experience in integration with Dynamics CRM
•    Authentication and authorization using frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, MSAL
•    Using solution design will be able to break down into technical components with supportable documentation.  
•    Code reviewing of pull requests and ensuring that quality of code and build is maintained.
•    Ability to proof of concept other technologies to aid the solution architect to meet requirement
•    Familiar with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
•    Relevant technology certifications on Azure
