The Delivery Enablement Manager sits within the Delivery PMO team of the IWPB Change Portfolio, providing essential support for multimarket business transformation initiatives. The role is tasked with facilitating effective oversight of the delivery process—from strategic planning to implementation—while maintaining strong standards for governance. Responsibilities include advancing collective expertise through learning opportunities and disseminating innovative practices. The position is instrumental in enabling delivery teams to remain aligned with HSBC’s Change Framework, promoting efficiency and consistency through ongoing professional development, and ensuring robust utilisation of Agile ways of working and portfolio management tools.
What you’ll do
- Partner with the Private Bank & Wealth Solutions business to deliver change initiatives across regions as a key member of the Sub Value Stream team.
- Collaborate closely with Sub Value Stream leadership on annual planning and all activities related to the change delivery process.
- Own and coordinate risk management processes within the Sub Value Stream, ensuring robust governance and proactive risk mitigation.
- Act as an ambassador for AI adoption by proactively developing AI tool capabilities, continuously upskilling, and sharing expertise across wider forums to drive innovation and adoption.
- Provide day-to-day support to delivery teams, including facilitation of training, ongoing upskilling initiatives, and guidance on the HSBC Change Framework to ensure adherence to internal standards by the Private Bank & Wealth Solutions Value Stream.
- Demonstrate practical experience in Agile delivery, using tools such as Jira and Confluence, and support delivery enablement through best practice techniques.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in PMO, Change Management, Delivery Management, or Project Management roles, preferably on complex, cross-border or cross-regional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery.
- Experience championing AI adoption through tool development, ongoing upskilling, and knowledge sharing.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple regions and business functions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement and strategic thinking.
What we offer
The pay range for this role 14309 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
