In this role you will:

•    Be responsible for business and user requirements documentation initially focusing on regulations and projects, by ensuring the ESG reporting obligations are well documented, represented and collated.
•    Take business requirements to drive the creation of test scenarios that users would perform to trace the solution design against the original requirements.
•    Identify issues globally (and regionally/at entity) as appropriate and share issues and solutions accordingly.
•    Support the day-to-day requirement outcomes for the Group and ESG Reporting to front the change through Global Finance and broader stakeholder groups.
•    Maintain strong, collaborative working relationships across Finance and other stakeholder groups.
•    Work with other programmes to ensure that Finance related ESG dependencies are delivered within the timelines and to the standards required by Finance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Background of working within a Finance role is essential to be considered.
•    Prior experience of working within a Change or Transformation role is essential. 
•    Experience of working within a role that requires leading/managing other people.
•    Ability to influence and manage global and regional stake holder relationships in leading change at a Senior level.
•    Ability to analyse complex data and communicate this (Written and Verbal).

This role is based in Birmingham, Hybrid. Other locations will be considered.
