We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Control Tester -Digital Business Services.

Principal responsibilities

  • Participating in execution of a wide range of control testing activities covering Technology, Digital Business Services Operations and DCOO functions (such as Strategic Procurement Services, Corporate Services)
  • Timely delivery of control testing and being transparent and accurate in the completion of testing deliverables
  • Embedding quality into the control testing deliverables and ensuring compliance with the CCO Control Testing Methodology
  • Maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders including keeping abreast of key business, regulatory and industry developments and any changes to procedures and practices
  • Supporting the preparation of testing reports to inform key stakeholders of the outcome of testing and review work
  • Track and follow-up actions identified as a result of testing and review work and escalating when necessary
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved, specifically Internal Controls and any supporting policies and procedures.
Requisitos
  • Graduate in any discipline with strong academic background
  • Knowledge in control testing and risk management, internal control, or internal audit preferably within a financial / banking services operations environment
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in control testing in Financial Service industry / Process assessment experience.
  • Audit qualifications (CIA, etc.) are desirable but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-starter and effective collaborator
  • Strong team player.
