Principal responsibilities

• Support on proposition project/program in team level including MI, sales communication, MKT event implementation etc.
• Post project monitoring, i.e sales implementation, KPI tracking and data analytics
• Keep close communication with frontline to collect customer/sales response by different customer strategy implementation
• Support GBA new initiatives/projects including market research, new policy analysis and internal collaboration/communication with HASE .
• Support on team admin including BCP, Buysmart and internal communication including Intranet update etc.
• Maintain awareness of operational risk and adherence to Group's standard of ethical behavior, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting.

Requisitos

• University degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant banking experience and project management experience is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Cantonese speaking is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure
