We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Institutional Sales.

Principal responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior sales team members to identify client opportunities, understanding the market landscape and execute client and business development plans across investment strategies
  • Deepen relationships with existing clients and expand new relationships with prospects and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Grow our institutional client base, both in terms of client segment as well as geographical location.
  • Independently handle throughout the sales process from early stage engagements, addressing prospects RFI/RFP, due diligence, onboarding and liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist on execution of fundraising roadshows with Portfolio Managers
  • Regularly engage with investment consultants to promote our companies strategies and products
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity, market development and respond proactively to any market changes. Initiate product and marketing ideas corresponding to the changes.
  • Follow any compliance requirements
Requisitos
  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in asset management industry or fund sales related roles, with proven track record in institutional business development. Existing network and experience in MPF space is a plus.
  • Good understanding on institutional clients’ demand
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge on financial and excellent presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese
