We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Payment System Assistant.

Principal Responsibilities

Reporting to Assistant Manager Project Management, the key responsibilities of the job holder will include the following: 

  • Acquire the overall functionality of the product/system to prepare test plans and reference guides, and identify problems/errors relating to testing.  It also includes the review and comment on terminal and system specifications
  • Conduct various testing (certification, functional and integration test) for Point-of-Sales terminals and Self-Service payment terminals/systems, and document test results and perform problem investigation. It also includes the co-ordination work and software development discussions with vendors and major merchants.  Testing outdoor at merchant sites is necessary whenever required
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new system enhancement projects by arranging equipment and coaching testers for user acceptance test and use of terminal simulation program
  • Assist in scheduling and supporting other tests relating to member banks
  • Assist in investigating and collecting information on irregular transactions reported by merchants and member banks
Requisitos
  • 1-2 years’ working experience, preferably in banking and financial industry with knowledge on card payment terminals
  • Basic project management skill, sound analytical reasoning, problem solving skills and high sense of risk alertness
  • Solid PC skills in Word, Excel and Power Point, knowledge on Internet is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken communication skills and telephone manner, knowledge of Putonghua is preferable
  • Self-motivated, possesses good interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
