Performance Services Team under COO Office manages a wide spread of services which involves daily operations, analytical reviews to ensure a suitable plan, seek cost saving opportunities under the risk control environment. The team/position is to execute and support each Business and Functions in Japan to run effective business.

Role Purpose:

The role includes vender management as the third party engagement manager by complying with the latest compliance policy and others.

Finance related works include intercompany accounting, invoicing, and MIs for Mgmt.

Execute various operations project and ad/hoc initiatives under COO Office

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Work with large volume of data to prepare intercompany charges and perform periodic reconciliations.
  • Coordinate/support overseas departments and business in resolving global finance related enquires.
  • Timely and accurate MI creation
  • Ensuring all the invoices are timely processed for payment with appropriate evidence
  • To support third party management activities including contract review, periodic assessment and due diligence.
  • Prepare supporting documents for internal customers/stakeholders
  • To timely handle/order requests related to corporate card, mobile, travel, Business card, company insurance and memberships. Allocate the cost to departments in a timely and correct manner.
  • To monitor usage for each service more closely, raise any suspicious movement ahead of time to prevent incidents from happening soon.
  • Act as cmaker to review and ensure the requests are processed appropriately, also to take initiatives to identify streamlining opportunities.
  • To ensure the internal systems are adhered to the Group’s information security management standards.

  • Capability of communication at business level (speaking / writing) both in Japanese and English
  • Logical thinking
  • PC skills (Excel – pivot, other functions), analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting, intercompany finance and ledger reconciliation
