We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Data Analyst (Sales), CCTR, WPB.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Gathering, translating key management information and clarifying business requirements for overall sales, including but not limited to end to end sales journeys and overall life- cycle management
  • Identifying change and/or improvement opportunities to create heightened sales culture and mindset through capturing, analysing and documenting key data points
  • Supporting Sales Head with defining solution options that can be evaluated in order to recommend the best solution option that meets the need and brings the most value to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and participate in projects which can include tasks such as timeline planning, tracking progress to stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure all activities, transactions and sales adhere to prevailing HSBC and regulatory standards
Requisitos
  • Degree desired but not necessary
  • Highly analytical personality
  • Proficient in MS tools such as excel, PowerPoint and word
  • Must be flexible, sales and customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
  • Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with the customer and service expectations
  • Have a positive, can do attitude with a desire to get things right first time every time, and works around limitations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving and Decision-making skills including a desire to do things better, to identify and set and strive for stretching goal
