Department: - WSIT Global Payment Solutions

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

  • Support in the provision of end-to-end financial reporting for the Wholesale Technology portfolio: cost management (direct cost, accruals, billing) and project / programme reporting and forecasting
  • Consistent and effective support for all financial processes (direct cost reporting, invoicing and accruals; billing/recovery; project financial reporting; capitalisation) 
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the global businesses and regional teams, in relation to effective cost management and financial reporting
  • Improved transparency and control in the financial management and reporting for Wholesale Technology
  • Understand key drivers and metrics, and effectively prioritize competing demands from a number of lines of business
  • Drive best practices for use of global platforms and processes
  • Work in a highly matrix organization
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Communicate effectively, provision of progress reports, compliance and risk information
  • Operate within the required policies and procedures laid out in the relevant FIMs
  • Ensuring recharge transparency and tight cost controls. Adhere to the risk framework operating in Wholesale Technology
  • Working across remote and distributed team locations
  • Exceptional organisational, planning and management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong relationship management capabilities
  • Skilled decision-maker – considered and timely especially when under pressure. Proven ability to prioritise workload.
  • Willingness to own work and problems and see through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Preferred: Accounting qualification, or experience with management accounting. Proficient Excel, including pivot tables and macros. Degree level education or professional qualification in either Finance or related field
