Service Management Engineering is an Engineering team under Chief Technology Office department. We are aiming to build and provide resilient, high performance workflow automation platform to our global business from different GB/GF.

 

The Opportunity:

Will be the integral part of the global engineering team for CTO Service NOW platform, multiple automation tools and applications as the full stack engineer, senior platform designer.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze business process requirement, data model design, system design and develop the service in accordance with IT standards, under DevOps and Agile principle.
  • In depth understanding of the ServiceNow OOB modules and data model design as well as future direction, provide design guidance and governance to ensure the right design and implementation with the right balance of cost, functionality, maintainability.
  • Provide timely production support, root cause analyses.
  • Provide professional consultancy and support timely for users' queries or requests.
  • Maintain close communication with other IT teams and coordinate IT related stakeholder activities.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement objectives defined by the IT Service Management controls.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them as per agreed timelines and with minimal supervision.
Requisitos
  • 15+ year engineering experience in IT industry as full stack developer, dev lead, with rich development experience in Java script is a must.
  • Project delivery experience as project lead or tech lead, Complex project management/team leadership experience.
  • Rich experience in complex SaaS service data model design, system design, development and hands-on production troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands on experience on customer requirement analysis, design thinking methodology, Customer facing communication would be a plus.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline, test automation framework.
  • Familiar with Agile, RAD, Prototyping, DevOps methodology and to use JIRA, Confluence.
  • Experience in ServiceNow implementation would be a plus.
  • Proven fast learner in new technology or new industry.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • English speaking / presentation is mandatory.
  • Fast learning capabilities and self-improvement awareness.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
  • Operational experience and knowledge of IT Service Management principles and methodologies including change, problem and service level management would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to convey risks and implications and influence teams to deliver positive operational outcomes.
  • Solid customer orientated partner/stakeholder interaction, including experience interacting with colleagues in higher positions.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
