You will be working in a team supporting various middleware technologies across global regions within HSBC, this will help you to learn new skills to help you grow within HSBC.

In this role you will:

• Run and maintain middleware infrastructure, support, installation, upgrades and compliance maintenance. 
• This also includes infrastructure deployed globally within HSBC.  
• Understanding of functional requirements and translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Providing consulting on Performance Monitoring, Tuning, Optimization
• Provide troubleshooting support in incident and perform root cause analysis to prevent problems happening.
• Subject matter expert for the following middleware products, MQ, Message Broker, MQIPT, ITM.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Need to have deep technical knowledge across multiple platforms and products at least in IBM MQ, WMB/IIB, WTX/ITX and MQ IPT
• Able to understand architecture of systems and recommend design and implementation patterns.
• Manage project delays and escalations to keep project on track Risk Management
• Business stakeholder management to define product roadmaps and market available capabilities

This role is based in Sheffield, Birmingham and London.
