Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance and wealth management. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
 
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of the Performance Framework within WPB UK. This focuses on managing risks associated with how we incentivise our frontline colleagues.

In this role you will:
 
  • Maintain an appropriate governance process that tracks key risks and meets our regulatory responsibilities
  • Have responsibility for two Tier 3 Forum: Performance Risk Forum (PRF) and Capability Risk Oversight Committee (CROF). This includes analysing risk data, collating/reviewing papers (inc. quality control), producing and distributing pre meeting packs / post meeting minutes
  • Track key risks and controls, including risk escalation. The Performance Framework acts as a control against mis-selling and as such supports evidencing our adherence to our regulatory responsibilities
  • Work closely with colleagues across HSBC, first direct, and M&S Bank to understand the impact of future changes on existing risks and controls

Requisitos
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
 
  • Strong planning, organisational and process control experience
  • Extremely keen eye for detail, able to learn quickly and transfers knowledge appropriately
  • Excellent presentation and written communcation skills, including simplifying complex information to articulate to wide and varied audiences 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Understanding of how reward can impact both behaviours and performance
 
This role is based in Birmingham, Leeds, Chester, Sheffield or Whiteley.
