The principal responsibility of the Lead Business Analysis job category is to manage the analysis of processes in HSBC and to oversee and manage all or some of the associated activities during change implementation.
The role holder may be located in a variety of areas of HSBC, they may be located in projects as well as in established BAU teams. It is possible that the Business Analyst may work on multiple projects simultaneously.

In this role you will:
• Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process (including IT processes) and convert them into user stories
• Designing of solutions or change interventions
• Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
• Devising change interventions such as training and communication
• Managing the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
• Capability to switch between business speak and technical terms
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Payments Industry & Agile experience
• ACH knowledge experience are essential and payments (SEPA is a key ACH, but not limited to SEPA)
• Really good understanding of writing users stories up to the fields level analysis
• Good technical understanding on technical architecture and technical components such as Databases, API
• Good flow design Skillset are required to support the business flow and technical users stories
• Contribute to Scrum activities (sprint planning, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, stand-ups)
