We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist .
Business: Wholesale IT
Principal responsibilities
- Carry out detailed requirements analysis on sprint scope, test strategy selection and automation preparation
- Design, Lead team to implement re-usable testing automation in sprint under quality standards
- Work with test members on sprint/release regression test with high automation coverage
- Innovate usage and performance of existent automation code
- Coordinate with diff role stakeholders and drive for issues resolution
- Cooperate with global test team on automation design, task plan, status reporting
- Foresee, Identify potential risks and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testing
- Participate to research and development in the new technical methodologies in automating manual testing
- Provide consultant to other test teams on automation architecture and work efficiency optimisation
- Hold knowledge share activities and keep uplift test capability in test teams of whole Commercial Banking IT product line
- Responsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes
Requirements
- A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of technical experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, SQL, WAS, MQ, etc.
- Banking IT experience is an advantage
- Business knowledge in commercial bank (especially Commercial Banking IT) will be an advantage
- Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and documentation skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Able to adapt in global team culture and communication in different locations
- Good understanding and experience on SDLC, Agile and DevOps
- Open-minded, reliable and independent
