We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Business: CTO Infrastructure

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Analyze business process requirement, data model design, system design and develop the service in accordance with IT standards, under DevOps and Agile principle

  • Develop value-added features in ServiceNow platform to support our ITSM processes

  • Provide timely production support, root cause analyses and trouble shooting

  • Provide professional consultancy and support timely for users' queries or requests.

  • Maintain close communication with other IT teams and coordinate IT related stakeholder activities.

  • Actively engage in continuous improvement objectives defined by the IT Service Management controls.

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them as per agreed timelines and with minimal supervision

Requirements
  • Experience in complex SaaS service data model design, solution design, development and hands-on production troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in SaaS platform performance, reliability and observability improvement

  • Proficient in Java / Javascript / Python / SQL

  • Experience in DB performance improvement.

  • Proficient in CI/CD pipeline, test automation framework

  • Familiar with Agile, RAD, Prototyping, DevOps methodology and to use JIRA, Confluence.

  • Familiar with ServiceNow implementation and support

     

 

 

 

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
