We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Customer Service Advisor. If you are ambitious with a helpful personality, we want to hear from you!

 

Role Purpose

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be holding face to face appointments with potential and existing clients. Opening new accounts and products as well as servicing their needs.  Delivering a personalised and friendly service every day.  You will be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us. Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations – determining the best was we can to support them.

This role will require you to be flexible, well organised and happy to work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  •          Passion for delivering superior customer service
  •          Excellent organisation and time management skills
  •          Previous experience in working in a customer facing environment
  •          Previous office experience and IT literate
  •          Previous experience in a banking environment would be an advantage.

Where & when you'll work:

·        Our branches operate between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 10:00-15.00

This role is based in Jersey, Channel Islands and requires its applicants to hold an 'Entitled' right to work status.
