We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Customer Service Representative GZU.

Principal responsibilities

  • To provide a consistently satisfied & accurate customer service over phone to the bank’s potential/existing customers
  • Well handling general enquiries and providing adequate/suitable banking products/solutions
  • To proactively acquire potential customers for all sales departments via various sales referral generating activities in way of inbound enquiry / cross-selling and outbound telesales program
  • To comply with all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply
  • Adapt to shift arrangement
Requirements
  • College education and above
  • 1 year customer services related working experience
  • PC Knowledge especially in spreadsheet reports, HUB, CTW/OBO
  • Fluent Spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
  • A pleasant sounding voice, logical thinking and presentation
  • Solid phone service/selling skill and proactive working attitude will be a must
