In this role you will:
• Manage and deliver Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Services in country, including Workplace Experience Services (Facilities Management, Workplace Management & Transformation)
• Lead and drive all transformation/change activities for CRE, Protective Security (PS) and Business Continuity Incident Management (BCIM) in market, ensuring projects are managed robustly, delivered at pace against agreed targets, and aligned to HSBC Group CRE, PS and BCIM strategic objectives
• Provide robust oversight and accountability for PS and BCIM activities and initiatives
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
• Proven track record in leading and driving change, with the ability to demonstrate successful project and programme management capabilities and experience at an enterprise level, including leading and driving multiple workstreams and associated resources against robust delivery timelines and within approved budgets
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage multiple stakeholders, including executive level, regulatory and industry stakeholders locally and internationally
