We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an GPS Client Service, Account Manager (GCB5).

Principal responsibilities:
  • Manage the provision of client service support to high-valued GLCM clients, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and HSBC offers a superior service to that of our competitors. Their role is to provide client liaison and partner with Senior Services Relationship Service Managers, Product Management and Operations to identify customized, competitive solutions.
  • Maintains and maximizes GPS revenue (both NII and NFI) and increase wallet share from customers
  • Contributes to the maintainin and improvement of GPS competitiveness
  • Understands the impact our competitors, local community and the external environment can have on our customer base, to ensure long term sustainable value
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and that the solutions of the Bank are delivered best-in-class.
  • Ensures defense and maximization of bank’s income levels from clients under assigned portfolio and at the same time safeguarding the Bank’s interests.
  • Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders to provide an integrated and consistent customer experience across all delivery channels.
  • Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand and create a high performance culture.
  • Compliance – Ensure compliance with Group standards, regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Implementation of audit recommendations.
Information
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years working in relevant experience  
  • Experience in client servicing, cash management or transaction banking
  • Experience in banking with strong and diverse knowledge of the Bank's products, services, systems, procedures and operations 
  • Ability to come up with design concepts and execute projects
  • Ability to demonstrate plans and progress through power point presentations
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel will be an advantage
  • Strong ability to develop effective working relationships with other stalk holders and colleagues S
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
