What you’ll do
• Supports Global Private Banking & Wealth business in delivering change across regions as part of the Sub Value Stream team
• Works hand in hand with the Sub Value Stream leadership, in Annual planning and change process related activities
• Ownership and coordination of Risk Related Processes within the Sub Value Stream.
• Coordination, preparation and participation in compliance audits
• Day to day support of delivery teams including training and upskilling
• Demonstrates working knowledge of HSBC Change Framework to ensure compliance is being adhered to by GPB & Wealth Value Stream
• Understanding of managing projects in Agile way; including working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, Delivery enablement processes and best practice techniques
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• 4 years of experience in PMO, Change Management, Delivery Management or Project Management role on complex projects across countries or regions
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Understanding and interest in compliance and risk related topics
• Attention to detail
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
