The GCB5 Performance Framework Manager role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Performance Framework within WPB UK. The focus is on managing risks associated with how customer facing colleagues are incentivized through data analysis and trending.

In this role you will:
- Ensure adherence to Group, legal and regulatory requirements - implementing appropriate controls and on-going effective monitoring of the framework to produce meaningful insight and demonstrates the effective management of key risks.
- Continuous improvement of Performance Framework incentive controls, including utilising new technology and driving automation to simplify processes and increase efficiency.
- Proactive escalation of risks to key stakeholders.
- Lead multiple key projects simultaneously, including the efficient distribution of resource and effective time management.
- Coordinate the communication of key messages, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way and understood by a wide and varied audience. This includes, for example, frontline communications and board papers.
- Work closely with colleagues across HSBC, first direct, and M&S Bank to understand the impact of future changes on existing risks and controls.
- The Framework acts as a control against mis-selling and therefore supports evidencing our adherence to our regulatory responsibilities.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
· Strong planning, organisational and process control experience.
· A successful track record of leading complex business programmes, including overcoming challenges and establishing credibility quickly with internal and external counterparts.
· Experience of analysing data effectively to provide insight and drive effective interventions.
· Strong eye for detail, able to learn quickly and transfers knowledge appropriately.
· Excellent presentation and written communication skills, including simplifying complex information to articulate to wide and varied audiences.
· An in depth understanding of how reward can impact both behaviors and performance.
· Strong stakeholder management skills.
· Advanced level of Excel with the ability to identify trends.
This is a hybrid working role with the base location. Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Chester. Whiteley or Hamilton.
