We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist.
Principal responsibilities
AI-Driven Sourcing: Utilize AI-powered sourcing platforms and tools to identify and engage both active and passive candidates from a global talent pool. This includes leveraging tools for advanced searches, predictive analytics, and automated candidate matching.
Strategy and Optimization: Develop and refine sourcing strategies based on data-driven insights from AI tools. Analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-hire) to optimize search parameters and improve the quality of candidate pipelines.
Candidate Engagement: Craft and deliver compelling, personalized outreach messages. Engage with prospective candidates across multiple channels (e.g., professional networks, social media, industry forums, and email) to build and nurture long-term relationships.
Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging AI to manage and segment candidate databases effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific role requirements, technical needs, and cultural fit. Align sourcing efforts with business goals and recruitment strategies.
Bias Mitigation: Actively work to mitigate bias in the sourcing process by ensuring that AI tools are used ethically and by focusing on skills and qualifications over subjective criteria. Conduct regular audits to ensure fair and diverse outcomes.
Technology Adoption: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and recruitment technology. Be a subject matter expert in the use of these tools and advocate for their effective integration into our talent acquisition processes.
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience using AI-powered sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment technologies.
Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and semantic searches.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from sourcing tools to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting engaging outreach messages.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of the global talent market and experience in sourcing for an offshore hub is a plus.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
