What you will do: 
 
Drive growth through efficient coverage of existing Mid Market Corporate customers and acquisition of new-to-banks; develop high-returning cross-border flows working closely with CMB team across Europe and globally
Develop comprehensive solutions for sector clients, working in partnership with product partners (Global Payment Services GPS, Global Trade Services GTS Markets, Structured Finance & Risk Distribution teams, etc.);
Develop a close partnership with the sustainability teams within HBCE in order to support our clients ESG transition
Work in close collaboration with Risk to ensure the client portfolio stays within CMB’s risk appetite;
Contribute to maintain the highest standard of internal controls for customers and safeguard the bank from potential loss, which may arise from, but is not limited to, credit, operational or cyber risk;
Conditions
You should apply if you : 
have a previous experience of several years as Corporate Relationship Manager in the banking sector
have a commercial, dynamic and thoughtful temperament, a sense of development and service to Mid-Market Enterprise clients in compliance with HSBC standards. You know how to drive strategic dialogue with senior management, convince and influence your interlocutors in a personalized advice approach;
are organized, autonomous and with a strong team spirit, committed to building and developing relationships of trust with your customers and the members of your stakeholders;
have knowledge of HSBC’s business strategy, operations, structure and group procedures; ability to work effectively within a complex matrix based organization;
have strong expertise cross the entire product suite (C&L, GTS, GPS, Global Markets, etc.) ans sustainability;
are fluent in English and French.
