Job Advert Details
• Ensure accurate and timely control over the full operational lifecycle of Fixed Income Securities, Gold, and Eurobond transactions including settlement, reconciliation and collateral management processes
• Performing settlement and collateral processes of transactions done via Borsa Istanbul and Takasbank
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulations, and operational standards
• Manage daily operational activities and ensure checklist controls are completed properly
• Ensure SLA requirements are met, and escalation procedures are followed when necessary
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and IT team to define business requirement or enhancements for existing and new products
• Following market regulations and practices, local and global standards
• Follow regulatory and market changes and coordinate necessary operational implementations (BISTECH transition, API auction process changes, etc.)
• Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Support operational continuity and provide backup support when required
Information
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-years university
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Capital Markets Board Licence Level 1
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of accounting and relevant legislation
• Basic knowledge of Treasury Products
• Basic of knowledge on Treasury payment systems
• Ability to work cross culturally with a strong collaborative and inclusive mindset
• Ability to drive performance under pressure and tight timelines
