Global Trade Solutions Department (GTS) is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.
Today, HSBC is the leading international trade bank and GTS sits as part of Commercial Banking. We support customers’ right through the trade cycle, from raw materials – to manufacturing and shipment - to discounting and collecting invoices. We do this by working with Commercial Banking and Global Banking relationship managers, providing solutions appropriate for the customers' need. 
The jobholder will work in Global Trade Solutions Services centre, being a part of Wholesale Operations department and cooperate with other areas of the Bank to ensure successful execution of their goals.


What you’ll do
    • Prepare clients invoices, 
    • Prepare and approving payments, 
    • Follow and monitor clients’ accounts and transactional accounts,
    • Assist Finance teams and Projects teams with potential impacts on accounting for GTRF 
    • Support other employees in processing Trade and Guarantee transactions, especially post-transactional activities,
    • Keep e-mail correspondence with the customers by ensuring that we always focus on providing first class customer service for all Trade and Factoring operations products,
    • Complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per process targets,
    • Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per the Service Level Agreements.

    • Good analytical skills, attention to details,
    • Completed upper secondary school education.
