Department: - WSIT Global Payment Solutions

Work Location: Pune/Hyderabad

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for billing, revenue management and related processes. Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and use expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities.
  • Design & propose solutions within the ORMB platform to address business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Configure ORMB modules to meet business requirements, incl. setting up products, pricing, billing rules, and revenue recognition processes
  • Develop custom solutions within ORMB, incl, the creation of custom business rules, workflows and interfaces
  • Work on ORMB technical components, including data model extensions, custom batch processes and integration with other systems
  • Develop, verify & execute test cases for ORMB configurations and customisations, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoort any issues that arise during these phases
  • Create and maintain detailed technical & functional documentation for ORMB configurations & customisations. Support training sessions for end users and technical teams, ensuring they are proficient in using & managing ORMB system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 15-20 years of delivery experience and deep functional & technical ORMB knowledge to support the ORMB billing delivery activities.
  • Strong subject matter understanding of billing & revenue management
  • Experience with ORMB configuration incl. billing, pricing and revenue recognition
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in a collaborative environment
  • Past experience of managing data migration activities, ensuring accurate data mapping & transformation from legacy systems to ORMB
