The Sales Effectiveness Manager role is critical in supporting the Global Sales Effectiveness team in driving key sales management insight and analytics to support the growth of the Global Private Banking Business. This involves shaping and delivering effective and insightful sales performance and sales management MI across the full client continuum, helping drive commercial performance.

In this role you will:

  • Support the development and delivery of centralised sales performance and sales management MI across the GPB business. This will include developments needed to integrate additional PB booking centres into centralised reporting processes, integration of the data available via Client Continuum Reporting (CCR) into existing suite of GPB Sales Effectiveness reporting, and supporting the migration of existing reporting datasets onto IHub.
  • Define best in class sales management practices for the Global Private Bank, including pipeline management, client planning, client lifecycle management and sales performance
  • Find opportunities to optimise existing reporting processes, driving best practice in terms of process efficiency, report design and delivery
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across key centralised reporting processes, including Client Lifecycle Management (CLCM) and front office sales performance
  • Support the product owner in the maintenance and migration of Pipeline and Client Planning modules from legacy platforms onto new strategic solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Possess strong financial and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience of using data to deliver commercial insight and drive business performance - essential
  • Experienced in creating clarity from ambiguity and influencing stakeholders to achieve objectives despite competing priorities. An ability to work under pressure and flexibility to redesign solutions in the context of complex and changing business priorities
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, resilience influencing skills up to senior executives, outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels; imperative to navigate local and global stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
  • Experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management is desirable. Experience of working within a Sales Effectiveness or Sales Management would also be desirable
  • Proven experience in delivering efficient and scalable Data/MI reporting solutions whilst working with multiple stakeholders - essential
