Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.  

The role holder will:

•    Provide oversight and governance of the Recruitment Solution Design including the upfront definition of principles
•    Be responsible for the Recruitment solution design validation with business and key stakeholders including Design Authority
•    Be responsible for end-to end Future TA Process design and sign off
•    Actively contributing to the Programme Design Groups and participating in business and technical architecture activities
•    Coaching Sprint teams vis a vis Design

In this role you will be:

•    Working with the Scrum master to ensure that there are no design blockers to commencing a sprint 
•    Applying agile/ employee experience / service mindset to develop solutions and moving them further towards end to end business outcomes.
•    Ensuring effective stakeholder management with GSOs groups 
•    Working with the Scrum master to ensure that dependencies with BAU and other Programmes are managed
•    Working with Technical team to ensure functional design and configuration workbooks translates into technical specs and build reflects expected business outcomes
•    Review and Quality control of Deliverables produced through the Sprints and by the Value Stream owners. 
•    Ensuring teams have visibility of impacts of Cloud-based release changes across the Recruitment Product Suite (in conjunction with the IT owners)

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Experience working on complex multi-technology HR programs
•    Proven experience of designing complex HR processes/ solutions, Talent Acquisition experience is a plus
•    Strong facilitation skills particularly the proven ability to manage meetings and forge consensus amongst stakeholders across multiple workstreams / SME areas
•    Strategic thinking supported by strong business analysis skills to develop robust service design solutions
•    Excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to think through and clearly articulate complex issues
•    Understanding of ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Talent Acquisition technologies and Automation principles 
•    Strong knowledge of integration middleware technologies and integration patterns specifically Mulesoft
•    Proven experience of Agile delivery 
•    Knowledge of HR practices, functional ways of working, market-driven priorities in the context of transformation
