HSBC are undergoing a transformation of its Identity and Access Management practices including the delivery of a set of strategic Secrets Management solutions. We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to assist with the analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping to support the integration of Secrets Management tools across the globe.

In this role you will:
 
•    Requirements capture, data analysis and use case definition
•    Engage platform and application teams from all Global Business and Global Functions in order to capture Secrets Management requirements
•    Engage key stakeholders from Identity and Access Management, Architecture, Cyber Security, Global Cloud Services and Client Access Technologies and Global Business areas to define solutions for Secrets Management use cases
•    Engage all regions (including Highly Regulated countries) in order to capture regional/country specific Secrets Management requirements
•    Prepare detailed requirements documentation to be signed off by senior stakeholders
•    Act as a conduit between the programme and Global Business /Global Function representatives to ensure plans for delivery of tooling adoption remain on track.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
 
•    Previous experience in Secrets Management and data ingestion techniques into a data lake to support compliance reporting
•    Previous hands-on business analysis experience within an IAM or PAM migration project with a good technical understanding of IAM controls capabilities and requirements
•    Strong data analysis, data modelling and process mapping skills
•    A good technical understanding with experience working with Infrastructure and Application teams
•    Experience gathering requirements in a technical environment, e.g. DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
