Job Advert Details
- Collaborate with the Wholesale Client Services (WCS) team to achieve overall team targets and objectives
- Gather and analyze information from various sources to assist Relationship Managers and clients effectively
- Coordinate the onboarding of new business and products, conduct client due diligence renewals, and manage remediation projects
- Support team member for achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure the timely completion of the Know Your Customer(KYC) process
- Deal independently with e-mail or telephone enquiries from customers and liaise closely with other HSBC departments in answering / resolving customer queries / issues.

- Solid understanding of banking operations, products, and services
- Excellent client servicing skills with the ability to prioritize completing demands
- Ability to work independently but also as a team player, with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Results-focused, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent verbal and written English
- Relevant work experience supporting Relationship Managers or Sales teams in a financial institution (preferred)
- A person for learning about client facing skills, client onboarding, and client due diligence knowledge
