Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Global Private Banking, Insurance, and Chief Operating Office.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

To assist Senior CDM to focus on supporting the on-boarding and development of new channels and/or improving the productivity of our core contributing key channels.

To assist Senior CDM in developing new channels as well as maintain a few critical existing channels that will support WPB new business tactics (CEPS, PIL, and Credit card). 

To ensures fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.

Role success will be achieved by focusing on striving to develop new relationships outside HSBC that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining
Current product/market knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Managerial experience
At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role of sales function

Excellent interpersonal, leadship and motivation skills

Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills

Result driven and able to work under pressure

Good spoken and written English
