We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Sales Strategy.

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to devise holistic sales and business strategies to grow the insurance business for the various channels and monitor their effectiveness in achieving Insurance AOP targets
  • Design and revamp customer and product propositions to meet customer's demand and achieve the strategic business goals
  • Monitor market data and develop market share analysis to understand our strengths and challenges
  • Responsible for Providing meaningful report and financial analysis to senior management
  • Perform analytical work of business growth opportunities including information gathering, report writing and feedback communication
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline 
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in the Sales Strategy, Analytics and Planning, preferably with exposure to the banking industry
  • Details oriented with creative mindset, Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
  • Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication, analytical and project management skills as well as sound knowledge of application software
  • Excellent ability to gather data, visualize, connect the dots and storytelling
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
