We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Merchant Growth Manager, PayMe.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for PayMe's Key merchants
  • Identify, build and manage merchant portfolio to maximize value from a portfolio of PayMe key merchant relationship and identify alignment opportunities with other teams
  • Facilitate the integration and onboarding of new key merchant
  • Identify business leads and opportunities from existing merchants and contribute to PayMe P2M transaction and merchant outlet growth
  • Initiate and work with various internal stakeholders to meet merchant needs with superior service standard
  • Collaborate with IT team and other internal business units to solve operational or technical inquiries raised by merchants
  • Provide relevant technical and operational training to merchants
  • Support promotional marketing campaigns
  • Ensure compliance and relevant control measures to minimize risk exposure
  • Execute intensive Customer Life Cycle Management (CLCM) of Merchant Relationship Deepening and Retention strategies to deepen merchant loyalty and our revenue
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or relevant field
  • 8 years or above working experience in merchant relationship or business development role, preferably in merchant payments
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and execution mindset with the ability to dive into details and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives in a timely manner
  • Good understanding of the payments industry and market landscape
  • Goal-oriented with professional working integrity and responsibility, hands on and able to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Understanding of agile principles and methodologies
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communications skills in English and Cantonese are required
  • Excellent time management, presentation, organizational and problem-solving
