This People Business partner role is to support the effective execution of people agenda for designated business to enable business performance. You will provide a variety of services within People areas through directing and advising Line Management on best practices. You will put emphasis on the implementation and delivery of Group People strategy across local business. The role in general is based on creation of concepts, programmes and schedules associated with People policy & governance, through internal and external recruitment, job profiling/evaluation, talent management, performance management, reward & recognition management - in consultation with business lines managers / Head of People. This role is reporting to HSBC Israel Head of People.

In this role you will:
- Delivery of People processes which may include: organisational development, payroll & reward, performance management, recruitment and onboarding, succession planning and training and development.
- Employment contracts processing according to local employment law.
- Provide support to Head of People as well as the business and other intra-Group stakeholders where appropriate.
- Manage People risk and controls related to people and HR processes.
- Manage workforce administration and payroll in cooperation with external HR vendors and offshore teams.
- Manage external providers regarding wellbeing, benchmarking, recruitment and learning.
- Understand the business & objectives and identify how HR can drive / support their success.
- Contribute to the development and support implementation of People strategy.
You should apply if you have:
- Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
- People professional work experience within an interdisciplinary area of People expertise, preferably in international companies.
- Solid experience in People functions such as performance management and reward, organizational development and employee relations issues, Talent Acquisition, People operations, Payroll & Benefits.
- Experience of managing interdisciplinary and multiple activities according to plan.
- Consultative and client centric approach supported by strong problem-solving skills.
- Relationship management skills with a strong track record of establishing credibility and delivering results.
- Fluent understanding of the legal and regulatory environment, particularly the Labor law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic working environment.
- Ability to apply critical analysis and judgment when creating or reviewing activities and execution plans.
- High level of personal integrity, commitment and sensitivity and ethical behavior at all times.
