Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the <Branch for the position of deputy branch Manager..
Principal Responsibilities
· Assist the branch manager in driving ROP requirements by maintaining high level of service standars and internal control requirements.
· Work jointly with branch manager to ensure achievement of business objectives from sales as well as service point of view.
· Assist in creating and maintaining the branch environment where the team maximises performance & provides highest quality service in line with the target operating model as defined by the group.
Requirements
Role requirements / Educational Qualifications / Certification / Experience:
· Post graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience.
· Knowledge of operational integrity required.
· Through knowledge of branch operations, various metrics and processes of the bank.
· Knowledge of bank and operating systems.
Industry and sector knowledge
Additional Information
- Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
