What you’ll do
- Represent Treasury as the SME for SRT within the BSV Strategic workstream, ensuring Treasury requirements are understood and reflected in global design.
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across entities and geographies covering SRT origination through execution, booking, and reporting. Facilitate workshops/interviews to document current-state process flows, system touchpoints, hand-offs, and operational dependencies.
- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and operational risks; propose standardisation opportunities and pragmatic improvements.
- Capture key controls (owners, evidence, frequency) and control gaps; ensure requirements support a strong control environment.
- Define data and reporting requirements (data elements, reconciliations, lineage, MI/regulatory outputs) needed for SRT processing and reporting.
- Consolidate requirements into structured packs (process, controls, data, non-functional) with prioritisation and clear acceptance criteria.
- Provide consolidated requirements to the Strategic workstream to inform global process design and solution decisions, support trade-offs and impact assessments.
- Maintain delivery discipline: requirements plan, RAID log, stakeholder sign-offs, and traceability from requirements to design outcomes. Partner with the Head of Capital & Treasury Analytics to align priorities, validate outputs, and escalate decisions where required.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Strong Treasury/Finance domain knowledge with experience in balance sheet, capital, liquidity, or structured transactions.
- Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
