What you will do: 

In this role you will:

• Provide continuous support to Head of HR to reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
• Also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
• Encourage cultural development of the Business/Function (e.g. diversity and inclusion, vision and values, brand, etc.) supporting initiatives led from the organization.
• Undertake strategic workforce planning with Business/Function leads contributing to the development of hiring plans and sourcing strategies to enable effective headcount management and attracting talent.
• Support and Manage Talent Acquisition Processes, Learning and Development Processes, 3rd Party Vendor Processes, Performance and Reward Processes, HR Service Delivery Processes.

You should apply if you have: 

• A graduate degree, preferably in Human resources
• 5-8 years of professional HR experience
• Relationship management skills with a strong track record of establishing credibility and delivering results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills, ability to work in a dynamic working environment.
• The ability to think and recommend creative and feasible solutions.
