We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior MPF Business Development Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Initiate Retail Banking projects, implement and drive initiatives to align Group/WPB/Distribution directions and enable effective management in network
  • Manage the team to deliver the required service standards and proposition consistently
  • Operate within the approved operating and strategic plan process to implement the WPB business
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of occurrence including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control
  • Engage teammates in capabilities development and uplift the staff well-being through daily activity planning, process streamlining, skill transfer and mind-set motivation.
  • Lead a team to ensure a sustainable growth in MPF team activities and productivities through managing and monitoring of different MPF sales campaign such as roadshow, birthday program, inbound referral call program
  • Foster a customer centric culture in MPF Team by conducting analysis on complaint cases, proposing service reinforcement initiatives to frontline by engaging Pensions Administration Customer Care Team
  • Ensure high quality of MPF sales and service within the team by working closely with Pension Sales Support (SQ) Team for staff training and reinforcement
  • Coordinate with Pensions for preparing the upcoming launch of eMPF system
  • Oversee operation processes in line with Group/WPB/Distribution strategies
Requirements
  • University degree qualified with over 10 years in customer experience/banking industry is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change across a variety of stakeholders to deliver results with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong in leadership capabilities and people management skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills, with Putonghua a definite advantage
