We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor Supplier Management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of Third Party Engagement Management process.
- Responsible to manage vendor risk in accordance with TPM policy and local Regulatory requirements.
- Responsible to ensure that HSBC’s relationships with vendors are well managed within agreed risk appetite.
- Performs Supplier Performance Management regularly.
- Have interpersonal communication skills to liaise with customer and related parties.
- Supporting team leaders to produce reports and dashboard on timely manners.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Good time management.
- Team player, yet independent.
- Have knowledge on Supplier Management and respective system such as Archer, SMGF, Emptoris, Risk Flow, Comet.
- Highly spirited.
- Fast learner, and easy to adapt to rapidly increasing challenges.
- Good Communication skill and analytical thinking.
- English proficiency
