We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor Supplier Management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of Third Party Engagement Management process.
  • Responsible to manage vendor risk in accordance with TPM policy and local Regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible to ensure that HSBC’s relationships with vendors are well managed within agreed risk appetite.
  • Performs Supplier Performance Management regularly.
  • Have interpersonal communication skills to liaise with customer and related parties.
  • Supporting team leaders to produce reports and dashboard on timely manners.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesia Citizen
  • Good time management.
  • Team player, yet independent.
  • Have knowledge on Supplier Management and respective system such as Archer, SMGF, Emptoris, Risk Flow, Comet.
  • Highly spirited.
  • Fast learner, and easy to adapt to rapidly increasing challenges.
  • Good Communication skill and analytical thinking.
  • English proficiency
