In this role, you will:

·         Should be independent contributor

·         Will be Responsible for end-to-end application design, development and maintenance activities supporting robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services.

·        Should be able to develop technical designs for application development

·        Should be able to manage application development using Java Springboot, Hibernate

·        Should have good understanding on SQL

·        Should have good troubleshooting, bugs fixing and problems solving skills.

·        Should have good analytical skills and learning attitude

·        Should Take ownership and accountability

·        Should have flexible in working hours, ready to work in shift and On-call support

·        Should have hands on experience on CICD pipelines. 

·        Should propose newer ways of maintaining service resilience.

·        Should be able to mentor the team members and provide guidance and code reviews 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·        Should have working experience in Core Java, Spring , Springboot,

·        Should be well versed and have real time experience on GITHUB, Maven, Junit

·        Should be having working experience in connecting and performing operation in Database using Hibernate or Spring JDBC.

·        Should have hands on Devops tools like Jenkins and Agile Scrum process and Jira.

·        Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle

·        Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency

·        Analyze user requirements to define business objectives

·        Define application objectives and functionality

·        Ensure application designs conform with business goals

·        Develop and test software

·        Identify and resolve any technical issues arising

·        Create detailed design document and present in appropriate architecture forums for approval.

·        Propose changes to current Java infrastructure

·        Develop technical designs for application development

·        Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging

·        Develop documentation to help users

·        Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review

·        Experience in mentoring and coaching the team members.

·        Knowledge and experience on Oracle DB, IBM MQ, Ansible Playbook, HashiCorp vault would be an added advantage.
