We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Sales Conduct and Quality.
Principal Responsibilities
- Support the enforcement of sales compliance fulfilment in Retail Banking by constant review &/or investigation of sales recommendations and by analyzing management information / Conduct Analytics data to identify suspected abnormalities
- Promote and foster sales compliance and positive conduct behaviour through coaching and reinforcement
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement in qualitative checking process and Conduct Analytics sampling process
- Identify and feedback for ongoing sales process improvement
- A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in wealth management product sales (Life Insurance and Investment) or sales management
- Insurance (incl. Long-term, Investment-lined Long-term and General Insurance), Investment licensee
- With educational background / knowledge / experience in statistics or data analytics is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HSBC wealth products and services, sales procedures and its applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with confidence, both written and verbal (Cantonese, Putonghua and English)
- Able to work as a team, cultivate team work culture and execute excellence
- Positive and open mind-set with a can-do attitude
- Conversant in PC skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
- Project management experience is an advantage
