We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with a solid grounding in mathematical concepts.
  • Programming Expertise: Proven expertise in programming languages commonly used for AI model development, most notably Python.
  • Machine Learning: In-depth understanding of machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Cloud platforms: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms—GCP, Azure —to efficiently deploy and scale AI solutions.
  • Data Structures and Engineering: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles to ensure robust model development.
  • MLOps: Experience with MLOps, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and containerization solutions.
  • Data: Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, applying efficient data wrangling and transformation techniques.
  • AI Analysis: Capacity to analyze and interpret AI-driven results, translating key insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Learning Skills: Curiosity and desire to keep learning about emerging tools, libraries, and methodologies in the AI and data science landscapes.

Qualifications – External

 To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field
  • 12+ Years minimum experience in IT.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (and optionally Java, Go, or Scala)
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and GenAI concepts
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of data engineering (ETL, data lakes, SQL/NoSQL databases)
  • Experience with API development (REST, gRPC) and microservices
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
