We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Access Management Analyst

Role Purpose:

The Analyst IAM Service Delivery Operations is responsible for ensuring Cyber Security access control (management, analysis, management, user provisioning) to platforms and applications core of HSBC. Ensures compliance with the standards by strategic and operational support controls. Make appropriate metrics generation to identify progress and deviations of processes, ensuring continuous improvement and use of resources according to the requirements of the operation.

Main Activities

  • Generation of indicators

  • Identify Deviations of processes.

  • Management and control of database users.

  • Administration and control of user recertification.

 Manual activities

  • Provisioning of accounts in platforms and business applications to users’ new entry.

  • Execution of daily leavers reported of employees in all accounts that are managed.

  • Execution of low requested by business through Line Manager or approver’s area.

  • High, low and change for operating systems and business applications.

  • High, low, unblock, modifications profiling, debugging and user certification for business applications managed by I & IAM Service Delivery.

  • Managing Privileged Accounts through PAR Tools.

   Management and support activities

  • Support of level administrative for different platforms / applications.

  • Control and management of database users.

  • Administration of applications for safeguarding and control of special users.

  • Support for recertification of users.

  • Administration and segregation of duties

  • Support to regulator internal and external for compliance of audits.

  • Development of operational documentation.

Requisitos

Knowledge

  • Technology Career.

  • Demonstrate 2 year of experience in the administration of one or more of the following systems / platforms / applications: (Windows, Active Directory, UNIX, Mainframe, AS400 or  Databases.

  • Basic Knowledge Networks.

  • Cyber Security basics.

  • Experience

  • Knowledge in provisioning of access and / or user support.

  • Knowledge in Technology operations.

  • Service Desk, confident and clear communicator in English language – written and spoken within an internationally diverse team setting.

Skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

  • Learning ability and analysis.

  • Ability to adapt and understand new technologies – being self-motivated to learn.

  • Ability to interact appropriately with users of various technical skill levels.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with users to find the best solution. 

  • Ability to work in a multi country, culturally diverse and time-zone separated role.

  • Complete and resolve BAU requests, changes and incident tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
