We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Advisory Analyst, South East Asia.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Assist in originating, structuring and executing deals (which include but not limited to: documentation, negotiations and due-diligence process, and preparing materials for client meetings)
  • Provide marketing support to coverage bankers in pitching ideas for M&A and ECM products, servicing client relationships and enhancing income generation
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved in
  • Develop a solid understanding of the internal administrative processes and requisite procedures in relation to the execution of M&A and ECM products
  • Develop and apply your corporate finance knowledge and financial modelling skills to evaluate businesses and companies
  • Support deal team members by performing financial analysis and research as required
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and develop and strong work ethic, positive attitude and a drive to succeed in this role
  • Openness and desire to be involved across different products and sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Robust quantitative and analytical skills, as well as a good grasp of business
    concepts
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
