Within CIB, our Capital Markets and Advisory team integrates our financing and investment banking activities under a single structure and focuses on three strategic pillars: Financing Solutions (Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Strategic Equity & Financing, Corporate Risk Solutions and Structured Finance), Corporate Finance, which comprises sector bankers and country teams, and Strategic Advisory focused on M&A and Equity Capital Markets.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analyst, Debt Capital Markets.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Assist HK teams in the preparation of pitches and other marketing material for public and private bond transactions
  • Assist with pricing updates and trade ideas
  • Assist in all aspects of deal origination and execution
  • Ensure all aspects of control, from credit to KYC to compliance are in good order
  • Support all aspects of HSBC’s branding and marketing in the DCM space, including contribution to various award processes
  • This role will involve client contact and requires full proficiency in English and Mandarin
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of capital markets is preferred
  • Motivated, detail oriented, reliable individual with strong analytical and technical skills
