Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Daily Operation
· Responsible for the refined operation of platform users, promote the growth and transformation of users in digital journey, and be responsible for the results of business growth.
· Focusing on the goals of user growth, churn recall, sales conversion, etc., formulate and implement a refined operation strategy for the entire life cycle of users, and optimize the operation strategy through data verification.
· Through insight and analysis of product and operation data, dig out user needs, combine industry market changes, find business opportunities and problem improvement points, effectively integrate and coordinate resources, and promote the implementation of operation strategies.
Functionality Maintenance of Digital Assets
· Regularly conduct comprehensive checks on the functionality of apps, 小程序，and H5 pages. This includes testing all core features such as user registration, payment gateways, content display, and interactive elements to ensure they operate without glitches.
· Monitor and maintain the performance of digital assets, including load times, responsiveness, and system stability. Collaborate with the infrastructure team to optimize server resources and network configurations as needed to uphold high - quality performance.
· Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry standards relevant to digital asset development. Apply this knowledge to proactively identify potential risks or areas for improvement in existing functionality.
Iterative Development and Enhancement
· Work closely with the product and development teams to understand upcoming feature requirements and roadmaps for digital assets. Provide insights based on current maintenance challenges and user feedback to influence the design and implementation of new features.
· Assist in the planning and execution of iterative updates for apps, 小程序，and H5 pages. This involves coordinating with cross - functional teams to ensure that new features are integrated smoothly, without disrupting existing functionality.
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and updates. Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and end - users and communicate findings to the development team for necessary refinements.
Requisitos
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
· 3 years of experience in digital asset maintenance, with a focus on apps, mini program，or web - based platforms (H5).
· Familiar with insurance regulations, insurance products, business processes and sales promotion.
· Good at user data analysis, strategy formulation and insight into user needs, with excellent methodology and business opportunity mining capabilities.
· Good strategic and structured thinking ability, clear result orientation and priority judgment, able to independently plan projects. Experience in project coordination and management is preferred.
· Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination ability and execution ability, subjective initiative and strong resistance to pressure.
